Induction melting produces porosity-free metal castings that meet the dimensional specifications of approved designs. Castings are produced in bulk while maintaining identical quality across every piece.
Every diamond is set under magnification with millimetre accuracy, ensuring each stone is secure, perfectly aligned and positioned exactly as specified in your approved design.
Multi-stage tumbling followed by hand polishing creates flawless mirror finishes across every surface. We never rush this stage because the finish is the first thing your customer sees and the last thing we inspect.
Every completed piece is examined under 10x magnification before packaging begins. Any item that does not meet our quality standards is returned for correction before it moves to the next stage.
